Comment Kahuna Features (version 2.1 released)

I have just completed a brief video aboutComment Kahuna video. A few days ago I uploaded a Traffic Kahuna video. Comment Kahuna, a free download is a piece of blog software - specifically software to help webmasters and internet marketers to find blogs related to the topic of their own sites and to easily write productive comments.

CommentKahuna Video

In fact, the Kahuna blog software is not just for blogs! In version 2.1 released just a couple of days ago some new features were added - now users can add find Squidoo Lenses or even Engadget posts to comment upon.

I’d suggest to download Comment Kahuna and give it a whirl. I have been using and recommending it since it first came on the scene a few months ago and have seen it grow in value ever since even though it is free. Comment Kahuna WILL, if used properly generate both traffic and backlinks but I’d suggest that it should be used consistently over a period of time - one user achieved a Google position of 3 for a strongly contested keyword after using the Kahuna software for 3 weeks. He used no other form of site promotion. While I’d not suggest using nothing but Comment Kahuna, I do accept that if it works for him, the technique will work for other people! ;)

So, to get Comment Kahuna for the first time, or to upgrade a current installation please go here: Comment Kahuna Download

Can You Handle Online SUCCESS?

Internet marketers, I need a couple of minutes of your time. Please help me out.

I need to share some things.

A couple of years ago I started working on building websites to make money. After a while, I learnt that I was doing something called internet marketing

Like me you learnt some other stuff. You found that you need traffic to your websites and you need to change visitors from interested readers to action takers.

It is not easy

  • We are building sites.
  • We are adding Adsense
  • We are researching affiliate products
  • We are getting all this stuff right… Yes?

OK, so why aren’t we feeling like we are getting richer?

I looked around for solutions. As you and I both know there are plenty of folks willing to sell a ’secret’ - yup, the ones that will be shared only with me and a million other people. All sorts of traffic schemes - bars on screens, traffic exchanges, funky popups and a load of other toys and tricks.

None of them will change your business because they don’t hit the right buttons. They fiddle with the margins but don’t address the basic issues.

The truth is that, in reality, getting traffic building right IS easy!

We need backlinks and traffic. Just like always!
If enough folks know where to find our pages and we tell the people what we offer we will get the backlinks and traffic that lead to free traffic generation.

BUT I found that the crazy money suckers and time eating toys were not the way to succeed. All that I really needed was a way to build backlinks and traffic in ‘normal’ ways.
I threw out the silly toys and went back to basics and this is what I did:

  • I was commenting on blogs.
  • I used social bookmarking
  • I took part in social networking communities
  • I was posting articles on article directories
  • I was exchanging articles with other site owners
  • and guess what happened…?
    IT WORKED!
More Backlinks and More Free Traffic!

    Nothing is perfect though.
I was spending a lot of time on marketing my sites. Webmasters were often suspicious of my attempts to exchange content - their fingers burned too many times by dishonest characters.
It took AGES to find good partners for link exchanges and the blog commenting was still a useful technique but too many spam artists and ‘no follow’ links reduced its effectiveness and sucked away at my time.

Then, back in January some pieces came together. A new membership site opened up to just a few members. The new site was from the guys behind PortalFeeder - guys whose names I already knew: Jason Potash, Jason Katzenback and Marc Quarles. Each name was a trusted man behind a range of quality products and each was  standing behind this new concept, a service that rocked my world.

What were the guys doing? What was their shtick?
Actually the offer was not so new - and yet it was unique and brand new at the same time.
They used the basic ingredients of success - yes, you guessed: backlinks and traffic.

Taking the fundamental techniques of content exchanges, link exchanges, social methods (Web 2.0) and article submissions and remade them so that we could do the jobs we needed and at a speed that made the process viable all over again.

The Traffic Kahuna guys have several components to share with you and even though I use these tools they can tell you about them better than I can.
Please, click on THIS LINK and ask for more information. They won’t bury you with irrelevant emails. They will share with you some of the tools that we use in Traffic Kahuna and demonstrate how they help us.

More importantly, when the doors to Traffic Kahuna reopen with more membership seats you will know as  soon as it happens and be ready to make a choice - the same choice I made, to go back to basics and do it right, or to continue messing around with the latest bright ideas from some Johnny-Come-Lately.

There is no commitment, except to your own curiosity and need to succeed.

Oh, there is one thing to think about.
    How you reached this page…

You are here because the techniques used in Traffic Kahuna work!

ALL the promotion used to get you here is from Traffic Kahuna - Think about it!

Visit Traffic Kahuna and request more information.

I look forward to working with you in TK!

    Andrew Wilson.

Home Internet Based Business: Things You Can Do To Make It Profitable

    by Cynthia Minnaar
Converting quality traffic into sales will turn a home internet business into a profitable one. Do you have a plan in place to do this?

To become more profitable with your home internet business here are five things that you can do.

    1. Many Internet marketers make the mistake of focusing on features and not benefits, so create a marketing plan that concentrates on the benefits your potential customers will receive.

Benefits are what your product does specifically for your prospective customer, whereas features are what your product has. Put yourself in your customer’s shoes when you plan your online advertising and focus on benefits which will turn a website visitor into a buying frame of mind.

    2. Go the extra mile and set up a web page to pre-sell your prospect on what the product offers before you ask them to buy, instead of doing what most internet marketers do which is spend a lot of time selling when a visitor arrives on their site.

A website visitor customer needs information to put them into a buying mood, hence the reason you see so many pre-sell and review web pages written about affiliate products today. You can use the same strategy to sell your own products more online whether you are an affiliate marketer or not.

    3. Be sure that the products you are offering are currently in demand. There are certain markets that people will always spend money in and you need to be offering these products to ensure long term success.

An example is Golfers, who are always trying to improve their game and will spend a lot of money doing so. Others that sell well online daily are diet and weight loss products. Information products that solve a problem are a potential product in demand.

Keep your eyes peeled and look around you to see what is in demand. Check the bookstores for the best selling books a have a look at what is being advertised on the TV.

Google Trends will reveal what people are searching for with the top search engine. You need to sell more online by offering products that are currently in demand in order to become more profitable with your home based internet business.

    4. By offering multiple ways for your customer to pay will increase your profitability. Be sure to offer PayPal as this is a fast way to process payments and they accept major credit cards too. It is a good idea to offer a second payment processor to cater for those who are unable to use PayPal. You can also allow people to pay you by check, bank wire or COD if your product lends itself to this type of payment processing. In order to sell more online you need to make it easy for people to do business with you.

    5. Start advertising your products in multiple ways and your home internet business will become more profitable. You need a broad advertising campaign to attract targeted traffic otherwise you will never increase your profit.

Keeping Your eBay Business’s Feedback Private

    by Vickie Sayce
Your feedback on eBay is an essential part of your reputation as a seller. Your feedback profile helps your bidders develop confidence in you, and gives them a reason to trust you when they purchase from you. In most cases, keeping your feedback public is the best course of action, especially if you haven’t built up a name for yourself on eBay yet. But, there may be times when you need to keep your feedback private, and you do have a method of doing so.

To mark your feedback profile as private, log into eBay, and visit the site map at the top right-hand side of any eBay page. You will see an option to “make feedback public or private.” Click this link, and you will be taken to the feedback section of your profile. Choose the privacy option, and save your settings. Your feedback should now be marked as private. Your rating will still be available, but no one will be able to see what comments have been left in your feedback section.

There are a few things to remember about marking your feedback for privacy before you decide whether or not to do it. For starters, you cannot sell any new items while your feedback is set for privacy. Any items that you currently have listed will continue to stay listed throughout the pre-determined length of your auctions, but you will not be able to list anymore items until your feedback is public again. You can, however, continue to buy items while your feedback is private.

Marking your feedback as private can also cause buyers and sellers alike to lose confidence in you. They may wonder why it is that you have marked your feedback as private, and possibly think that you have done something irresponsible as a seller or buyer. This could cause them to refrain from doing further business with you. You may want to consider explaining the reason why you have marked your feedback as private on your about me page for clarification purposes.

A reason for wanting to mark your feedback as private may be because you received malicious feedback, or feedback that is against the terms of service that needs to be removed. If your personal information is listed in a feedback comment, or a racial slur or other offensive material is seen on your feedback profile, marking it as private is definitely a good idea to do until eBay’s representatives have had a chance to review the situation and can remove it for you.

Receiving negative feedback is not really a reason to mark your feedback as private. Yes, negative feedback can be frustrating, but it’s not the end of the world, and it doesn’t mean you are going to lose all of your business. Buyers understand that sellers will get the occasional unhappy customer, and unless you have a string of negatives from different buyers in a row, your reputation should be fine.
